Fade Radio Volume 6.

Takeover by Don Kashew. One hour of Swiss obscurities and oddities, from the past and today.

Coucou,

Hereby the announcement for this month’s guest for our residency on Fade Radio: Don Kashew.

For those of you who do not know who Don Kashew is, he’s an artist whose music we released and wrote about back in November 2022. A self-described supplier of your favourite natural anti depressant, eternal music fanboy and wannabe troubadour, he’s part of the driving local vinyl community in Zurich and regularly plays records somewhere in Switzerland as mostly part of his residency at der Kern bar. As a DJ and producer, Don Kashew delivers a dark dystopian journey that begins for the search of his sound ongoing for the past several years. Don Kashew’s music has been described as reflective, danceable, dark and united with melancholy underlined with wit and humour. All carefully packaged and affected by his on growing knowledge of unearthed music gems and fascination for the local underground.

The selection of music that has been diligently curated for you today is comprised full of adventures, experimental sonic soundscapes from Switzerland produced somewhere between the 70s and the early 2000s.

Wiishing you a lovely day,

-Dee Dee
